ZONE TECHNIQUE

A man with a beard is standing in front of a sign that says dr. logan jenkins

Dr. Peter Goldman created the Zone Technique, which blends D.D. Palmer's chiropractic concepts with Dr. Thurman Fleet's Zone Therapy teachings, which he established in 1931. Zone Therapy is based on the idea that the body is governed by six systems or zones. The six zones are: the glandular system, the eliminative system, the nervous system, the digestive system, the muscular system, and the circulatory system.

The foundation of The Zone Technique is the theory that any disturbances in the body are within one or more of these zones and can be attributed to the brain’s inability to communicate effectively with that zone. When one of these Zones is disrupted, pain, discomfort, sickness, and other health problems might occur.

Chiropractic adjustments using the Zone Technique restore communication between the brain and spinal cord, promoting balance and natural healing responses.

This technique isn't actually an adjusting technique per se, but more of a "where exactly needs adjusted" technique. The zone technique can be performed with traditional diversified chiropractic adjustments, more modern and gentle specific prone adjustments, or even with an instrument like the Activator.
